1. Order Received
Your order is protected under our unopened bottle warranty.
2. Warranty Validity
Warranty remains valid until the bottle is sprayed. Once used, returns are not accepted.

4. Product Inspection
Once returned, we inspect the packaging seal to verify it’s unused.
5. Refund or Exchange
After verification, you will receive a refund or product replacement within 7 working days.
